1. Choose a name for the test / exam.
2. Select a start time and end time.

3a. Here you enter the time that a student has to complete an exam, where the exam extends over a longer period of         time.
Eg. An exam period extends over three weeks. The student has 60 minutes to take the exam. You then fill in 60 min in
in the box / field for "Duration of exam event, minutes". During these three weeks, the student can take the exam at         any time.

3b. We start from the example in 3a. If you check this box and the student starts his / her exam when there are less              than 60 minutes left of the exam, the student will only have the remaining time of the entire exam to complete his /          her exam.

5. individual pupils / students who are to participate in the test / examination

6. ReadSpeaker - Text-to-speech
Tick the box if you want students to be able to use ReadSpeaker.

11. Check the box in front of "Allow participants without accounts to take the exam using the attend code" to activate the attend code.
12. ”Allow participants without accounts to create a new student account " When this box is checked a Dugga account will be created for the students who complete a test with an attend code.

- look at the exam event in "Ongoing exams".

- Cancel a test.

- Approve exams, if the teacher has chosen to use the function "Queue exams and require teachers or proctors to approve submission”.

B. Use "Start code" if you want all students to start the test / exam at the same time.

C. "Xit-Check" is a soft security solution. It registers the time a student leaves the exam area. The time is specified in seconds (s), and it is displayed in the "Ongoing Test" view and is then saved on the submission.

D. "Queue exams and require teachers or writing staff to approve submission"

This function is for if someone other than the responsible teacher supervises pupils / students during a test / exam. It is very important that the Writer approves all submissions, in the "Ongoing test" view, otherwise the submissions will not be visible to the correcting teacher when the test time has expired.

E. "Enables students to see their results on the automatic question types directly." This allows students to see their answers directly on the automated questions.
