For you as a user of Dugga there is the possibility to change the password yourself. To change passwords in the easiest way, do the following:

  1. Go to Duggas website www.dugga.se.
  2. Click the log-in button in the upper right corner of the web page.
  3. Click "Select new password".
  4. Enter your email address and then click "Send password link".
  5. You will now automatically receive a password link sent to your email address.Click on the link in the email you receive and you will be taken to a page where you can enter a new password that you then use to log in again on Dugga's website. It is always good to enter a password that is 10 characters long or longer so that it is safe. It is also important to memorize your password so that you remember it.

Please note, if you cannot see your password in your regular e-mail inbox, please look in the junk basket or spam filter to see if Dugga's e-mail to you may have ended up there.
If you cannot find an email from Dugga, please contact your teacher, IT manager, system administrator at the school or the municipality so that they can ensure that Dugga's email arrives at you.
This is done by whitelisting Dugga's email server that sends out password links to you who use Dugga.

If you are an IT manager, please contact support@dugga.se for assistance with whitelisting.
